Air Source Boiler
The AIR Source Boiler is a hot fluid generator that extracts heat from ambient air conditions. This machine is dedicated for heating applications which makes it a reliable option for electrification and decarbonization initiatives. It can be used for space heating or domestic hot water production. Each module can be used stand-alone or combined with an optional water header for larger installations. The autonomous control system features high and low pressure avoidance and a smart defrost sequence for reliable operation.
Optional Features
Remote indoor condensers
Integral condenser pump (variable flow)
Manual isolation valves
Motorized 2-way valves (variable flow)
Air-coil coating for corrosion resistance
Stainless steel water header
Sealed / insulated lower section for curb installation
High ambient refrigerant for hot water up to 130 F.
Low GWP refrigerants
Built for Service
Other commercial or industrial units are built as throwaway units or are so hard to service that it is easier to just replace the unit. All AIR units are designed and built with the service technician in mind. We are able to do this by take the learning and difficulties that we see in the field and pass that information to our engineering team to enhance our units.
1. Cleanable shell & tube condensers
2. Serviceable compressors for industrial reliability
3. Replaceable filter drier with isolation valves
4. Condenser isolation valves for in-operation service
5. Service clearance required at front of unit only
